1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MEETILY, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (Age & Capacity)
You must be 18 years or older to use MEETILY. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with verifiable parental/guardian consent and under their supervision, where allowed by law.

3) What MEETILY Is (and Is Not)
MEETILY helps users log meetup details (e.g., identity, location, optional images/GPS) and run a time-based safety workflow that may include notifying your chosen emergency contact ("FPC") and potentially escalating to authorities if you fail to check in.

MEETILY DOES NOT guarantee your safety, prevent crime, ensure rescue, provide emergency dispatch services, or replace law enforcement, medical services, or private security. Any safety watch is a best-effort digital workflow, not a promise of outcome.

4) User Responsibilities (Critical)
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your phone number/device/PIN secure, check in and end sessions promptly, and contact emergency services directly when in immediate danger. You are solely responsible for your decisions, meetups, destinations, and interactions.

5) Emergency Contacts ("FPC") & Consent
You agree that you have notified your FPC and obtained consent to be contacted by MEETILY, will not list someone who has not consented, and are responsible for accurate contact details. You authorize MEETILY to contact your FPC based on your preferences and activity status.

6) Escalation & Authority Notifications
If you do not verify/close your safety watch within the configured timeframe (e.g., 48 hours), MEETILY may notify your FPC and/or generate/transmit a report or alert packet to relevant authorities or third parties, subject to operational availability and local law. Authorities may not respond, may respond late, or may require further verification.

7) Packages, Paid Features & Payment Rules
MEETILY may offer tiered packages (e.g., Basic, Standard, Confidence Plus, Daily Standard, Daily Plus, Weekly Standard, Weekly Plus) with different feature access. Fees (including bank transfer-based payments) may be required. Verification may be automated or manual, and access may be delayed if payment cannot be verified. You may not reverse payments after consuming paid features, except where required by law.

8) Refunds
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a paid feature is unlocked or a paid-tier session starts. Any refund we choose to issue is at our sole discretion and may require identity verification.

9) Location, GPS & Media Upload Consent
If you enable GPS, upload images, or provide identifying details about others ("Strangers"), you confirm you have lawful authority to share such information. Do not upload illegal content, intimate images without consent, privacy-violating content, threats, harassment, or false accusations.

10) Biometric / Face Verification (If Enabled)
MEETILY may use camera-based verification ("liveness", face capture) to reduce abuse and confirm legitimate session closure. You consent to camera access where enabled; some security features may be unavailable otherwise.

11) Data Deletion Claims & Exceptions
Even where deletion behavior is offered, some data may persist in backups, logs, fraud-prevention systems, or legal archives for limited periods. We may retain/disclose data where required by law, to enforce Terms, prevent harm, or respond to lawful requests.

12) Prohibited Use
You may not use MEETILY to stalk, dox, harass, intimidate, blackmail, fabricate logs for defamation/extortion, upload unauthorized data, reverse engineer, or interfere with security/availability.

13) Intellectual Property
All MEETILY branding, UI, code, workflows, and content (except user-provided content) are owned by Amada or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service.

14) User Content License
You retain ownership of your content, and grant Amada a limited license to host, process, and transmit content to provide the Service and generate safety alerts/reports based on your inputs.

15) Service Availability & Changes
MEETILY may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may change without notice. We are not liable for downtime, failed notifications, telecom delays, or third-party outages.

16) Third-Party Services
MEETILY may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, maps, messaging, payment verification). We are not responsible for failures caused by third parties, banks, or telecom networks.

17) Disclaimer of Warranties
MEETILY is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amada disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

18) Limitation of Liability (Very Important)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months for the Service (or N5,000 if you paid nothing), whichever is lower.

19) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amada, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your content, misuse, breach of Terms, or violation of law/third-party rights.

20) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or abused the Service. You may stop using MEETILY anytime.

21) Disputes, Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert State: e.g., Abuja FCT or Lagos], unless we elect arbitration. Optional arbitration may proceed before a single arbitrator seated in [Insert city], Nigeria.

A) Account & Profile Data: Full name (optional by signup flow), phone number, PIN (stored securely/hashed where possible), emergency contact/FPC details (name, phone, relationship, priority settings).

B) Meetup Log Data (User-Entered): Stranger details (names/phones/notes), meetup address/state/LGA/place type, session timestamps/status, package selected (Basic/Standard/Confidence Plus/Daily Standard/Daily Plus/Weekly Standard/Weekly Plus).

C) Location Data (If Enabled): GPS coordinates during active sessions.

D) Images & Media (If Uploaded): Stranger image, supporting images, optional pre-log face capture/end-meetup verification.

E) Device & Technical Data: Basic device identifiers, browser/app telemetry, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, and fraud signals where available.

2) How We Use Data
We use data to create/manage accounts, run safety-watch workflows (including check-in monitoring), notify your FPC and prepare escalation reports where necessary, verify payments/unlock features, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Consent (e.g., GPS/camera/media), contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (fraud prevention/safety workflows), and legal obligations.

A) Your FPC/emergency contact where alerts are triggered.

5) Data Retention
Data is retained as needed for service delivery, safety workflows, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Even when deletion is offered after meetup end, some data may remain temporarily in backups, audit logs, or compliance archives, and longer where legally required or needed to prevent harm.

6) Your Choices & Controls
You may edit profile/FPC details, end sessions and request deletion of associated logs, disable GPS/camera at device level (which may limit features), and request access/correction/deletion via support.

7) Biometrics / Face Data (If Used)
If camera verification is enabled, MEETILY may process face images for liveness/verification. We do not sell biometric data; it is used only for security, anti-fraud, and session integrity.

8) Security Measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, secure storage practices, and abuse monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

9) Children's Privacy
MEETILY is not intended for children under 18 without parental/guardian consent and supervision. If we learn data was collected from a child without appropriate consent, we may delete it.

10) International Transfers
If data is processed outside Nigeria (e.g., cloud infrastructure), we take reasonable contractual and technical safeguards where applicable.
